Avelume Notes uses Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, also linked from the app's purchase screen. Read the official agreement and applicable App Store terms for the full license. This page does not create a custom EULA or replace applicable consumer rights.

Fang Wilson operates the Wilson Studio website. Wilson Studio is a software brand, not a registered company. Website attribution does not identify or change the App Provider under Apple's Standard EULA; the software license is governed by that agreement and the applicable App Store listing.
Free and Pro
Free allows new-note creation while the total of existing notes and recoverable notes in Recently Deleted is below 5. Pro removes only that new-note count limit. Editing, AI, optional model downloads, export, sync and recovery do not require Pro. Recoverable notes in Recently Deleted count toward this creation limit; existing notes and recovery remain accessible even above the limit. Subscription expiry does not lock existing content or block recovery of existing data.
The planned US prices are US$0.99 per month or US$7.99 per year, with the same benefits, no regular free trial and no subscription Family Sharing. There is no additional app device-count limit. Availability, local prices, billing periods and applicable conditions are shown by Apple at purchase. This website does not accept payments. Website availability does not mean the app or its subscriptions are available in every region.
Renewal and cancellation
Pro auto-renews through Apple until cancelled. Apple charges the price at the billing interval shown in its purchase interface. Use Manage Subscription in the app, or follow Apple's cancellation instructions. Removing the app does not cancel a subscription.
Cancelling stops future renewal; it does not necessarily end the current entitlement immediately. Avelume uses the verified entitlement returned by Apple. When Pro ends, existing notes remain available to open, edit, export and recover; the Free limit applies to creating additional notes.
Restore and refunds
Use Restore Purchases for an existing purchase. Access depends on the verified current state returned by Apple. A pending approval, an unavailable product or an unverified status does not mean that a purchase has succeeded. The app does not ask for your Apple Account password.

Privacy and support
Read the privacy page for note, chat, optional sync, download and feedback data flows. The support page covers practical steps and manual deletion of operator-held copies of support materials; there is currently no automatic expiry mechanism or fixed maximum retention period.
